Shipping policy

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS (USA)

Dune Bunny Co.does not offer expedited shipping. USPS 1-3 day Priority Shipping is an estimate by USPS as to how long your shipment is likely to take based on where you live. Shipping times may vary from estimate and arrival times are not guaranteed. 

Method of shipping chosen at checkout does NOT include processing times, orders are generally processed within 24-48 hours on business days, once ALL the items are confirmed in stock.

We do not ship partial orders unless agreed upon with Dune Bunny Co. directly.

Please note orders are shipped and delivered on business days (this excludes weekends and holidays).

Once the package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, it is out of our control.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Dune Bunny Co. does not offer international shipping at this time.

WRONG ADDRESS

If the incorrect address was inadvertently used on the Dune Bunny Co. purchase, it is the buyers responsibility to contact the person at the incorrect address. As per our policy, fulfillment is strictly required to ship to the address provided by the buyer and forwarded to us by Dune Bunny Co. at the time of the order. This is for seller/buyer protection. We are unable to re-ship the order but will be happy to process your refund as per our policies if this item is returned to us in new condition.
